information is secured. All customer information is encrypted using 128-bit
SSL (the Internet standard for secure transactions) encryption when it is transmitted from
your computer to our servers.

What's your return policy?
In general, items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a
refund or replacement. All returns must be authorized by Aosale.com and
accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Products
sent back without the RMA # will be refused by our warehouse and returned
to you.
To request an RMA # please contact our RMA department via
email at rma@aosale.com.
Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason(s) why
you want to return the item(s).
This RMA # helps us track your return and ensure that the credit is given
to the correct account or that the replacement product is sent to the correct
address.
RMA numbers are valid for ten days only and product must reach the returns
warehouse address specified by us before then. Each item to be returned will
need a unique RMA number.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. If the reason
for return is shipment of wrong merchandise to the customers by Aosale.com we will
credit you for the shipping charge.
All returns must be in the original manufacturers packaging. You might
need to pay a fee if the original manufacturers packaging is damaged.
Please affix a label with the RMA# on the shipping package.
All returns must be sent through UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express or
any other courier that issues a tracking number. These couriers will ensure
a safe and secure return of the product.
Please email the tracking number to returns@aosale.com. Please allow
up to 3 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account. Please keep
receipts, shipping documents and package tracking number for your own record.
If the return is for a replacement, we will ship a replacement immediately
after we received the product from you if the replacement product is in stock.

What do I do about a damaged package?
If you received your package damaged from the courier, please refuse the
damaged package. Do not sign for the damaged package and have the courier
return the package to us. Please email returns@aosale.com along with your
order number to let us know that you have refused the damaged package and
need a replacement shipped to you.

What do I do with a damaged or missing item?
We apologize that there were problems with the order you received. Please contact
us by e-mail as soon as possible so that we may fix this
problem. When e-mailing, please include your order number and any information that would
help us expedite your request. We will try our best to respond to your email within 1 business day.

Why can't I add more than one item to my shopping cart?
In order for the shopping cart to work properly when you are shopping at www.aosale.com, your web browser must
support "cookies" and these cookies must be enabled. If your web browser is not enable for "cookies"
your shopping cart might stay empty or you may only be able to add one item to your shopping cart. Cookies are
needed to keep track of what you have added to your cart.
