Does Aosale.com charge sales tax?

State laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established offices. The Aosale.com main office and warehouse operations are in New Jersey; we are, therefore, required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to locations in the state of New Jersey. We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states.
